As we navigate a not-so-sunny Spring in the Northeast, I am ready for the summer sunshine. Fresh peaches can bring a taste of summer to your senses, even as you wait for the real thing. Enjoy this peachy guacamole with fresh-cut veggies and whole-grain pita or tortilla chips!
