Classic Aperol Spritz

Spring always feels like a fresh start with the days getting a little brighter, the air softening, and suddenly we’re craving lighter, happier flavors. For me, spring is even more special because my birthday falls right at the start of the season.🥳 So every year I like to raise a glass to longer days, new beginnings, and a little celebration of life’s simple pleasures. 🥂 And what better way to toast the season than with a classic Aperol Spritz? This bright, bubbly Italian favorite is the perfect balance of lightly bitter Aperol, crisp Prosecco, and a splash of sparkling seltzer. It’s refreshing, effortless, and just fancy enough to make any moment feel like a celebration. So here’s to spring, sunshine, and celebrating another trip around the sun – cheers! 🍊✨
